During STEM and Science Week, the children had an action-packed time full of learning and discovery! They built strong K’NEX bridges, collaborated with their Year 4 Buddies on exciting bubble experiments, and were lucky enough to learn all about volcanoes from real-life volcanologists. The children even got to try on volcanologist gear and take part in some explosive experiments to demonstrate volcanic eruptions—it was an unforgettable experience!
This term, we had an amazing visit to Jack Peers Forest School. The children spent the day exploring the outdoors and taking part in a variety of exciting activities. From building dens and hunting for mini-beasts to creating beautiful nature art, they loved the opportunity to learn and play freely in the forest environment. It was a brilliant day of adventure and connection with nature!
Our trip to Farmer Gow’s was a fantastic hands-on learning experience! The children had the opportunity to feed the animals, learn about life on the farm, and explore the different areas of the working farm. It was a fun-filled day packed with discovery, and the children came away with a greater understanding of the world around them.
