Year 2 had a fantastic term learning all about Villains, and we loved every moment of it! Here are just some of the highlights from our exciting term:

In English, we explored traditional tales and gave them a twist, making villains like the wolf even more gruesome in stories such as Little Red Riding Hood. The children loved using their imagination to retell familiar stories in creative new ways.

In Computing, we enjoyed learning about websites, exploring our school website and investigating how the internet works.

In Art, we experimented with painting and collage, designing our own beautiful creations using a wide range of different materials.

In PE, we had great fun practising target games. One of our favourites was Boules, where we challenged ourselves to aim carefully and improve our accuracy.

We were also incredibly lucky to visit The Story Museum, where we worked on developing our storytelling skills and discovered the magic behind how stories are brought to life.

What a brilliant, creative, and action-packed term it has been for Year 2!
